Simple Summary
I propose to reduce the offChainDelayedOrderMaxAge from 60 to 30, for all PerpV2 markets in order to reduce execution of timed-out orders because of high volatility.
Abstract
Reduce offChainDelayedOrderMaxAge from 60 to 30 for all PerpV2 markets.
Motivation
On a volatile market it is possible that an order will be executed from a Keeper after more than 30 secs. A user may doesn't want his/her order to get executed after such a delay for various reasons. I think it is best to reduce this param, so that the user can cancel the order after 30 secs.
