Motivation
The changes related to skew scale and max funding rate velocity aim at aligning the parameters of Perps V3 markets on Base with the current state of market liquidity. Furthermore, the remaining parameters are updated to take advantage of the new features provided by the recent Perps V3 Multicollateral deployment.
